1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DesignMitra AI ("Service"), operated by SONASHANKAR IT SOLUTIONS ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
DesignMitra AI is an artificial intelligence-powered design generation platform that allows users to create digital designs including birthday greetings, festival wishes, wedding invitations, political banners, business promotional materials, and more in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Your mobile number serves as your unique login ID and cannot be changed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- One person may not maintain more than one active account.
4. Credits & Usage
- Free plan users receive 5 lifetime design credits upon registration.
- Paid plan credits are renewed monthly on your billing date.
- Unused credits do not carry forward to the next billing cycle.
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credits deducted for generated designs are non-refundable.
5. Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at next renewal.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- Designs generated using our Service belong to you for personal and commercial use.
- You grant us a license to display your designs for promotional purposes.
- You may not use our Service to create content that infringes third-party rights.
- The DesignMitra platform, code, and brand are our exclusive property.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use DesignMitra to create content that:
- Is defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence
- Infringes copyright or trademark of others
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Spreads misinformation or is intended to deceive
- Violates the dignity of any individual or community
8. Referral Program
- Referral credits are awarded when a referred user activates a paid subscription.
- Referral credits cannot be encashed for money.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated designs will meet your specific expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONASHANKAR IT SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
